At the same time, Companies have full-time, project, and interim strategic needs but finding talent is costly and slow.
To bridge the gap, we needed a Match tool. Beyond that, we needed a tool where we as professionals could confidentially build a digital record of our accomplishments. It’s our data. The tool should be simple to update, simple to extract, and we choose when to share that career data with prospective employers. All while saving companies from expensive recruiting fees. (Means more money to grow and retain that top talent!)
