How do I get an invitation?

OpHaus is an invitation-only network of professionals. We seek to validate the experience for all professionals and provide top-tier talent to companies. If you would like to request an invitation, please do so here. We look forward to hearing from you!

Can I just upload my resume?

At OpHaus, we believe the most important aspects to your career are accomplishments and the skills associated with those accomplishments. Going through the onboarding exercise causes most people to think about how they have been successful in each role and what skills they used to get to the final result. Additionally, if you keep your accomplishments up to date, you should have a better history of achievement than just a simple resume. The more accomplishments you add, the better your chances of being matched with the appropriate opportunities. And don't worry, you can always upload your resume when you are finished telling us about all of your accomplishments!

What if I'm interested in project work or full-time?

Great! Flexibility is always a plus. When completing your profile, select the Availability option that best fits. You can update it at any time. If your availability for projects is close to full-time, you may receive interview requests for both types of opportunities. You can always decline an interview request that is not a good fit for you.

What happens after I join OpHaus?

OpHaus brings opportunities to you. Once you onboard, you will be available immediately for matching against active opportunities. If a hiring manager agrees you are a good fit, he or she will request an interview. OpHaus will notify you via email. From there, it’s simple to set up that interview and connect further. It’s that easy, because it should be.

Can I browse opportunities?

No. OpHaus was built as a distributed model for matching talent and companies. We don't want professionals bombarded with jobs that may not make sense, just like we don't want hiring managers bombarded with candidates that don't meet qualifications. OpHaus connects the right people with the right opportunities, all without high fees. We are not a job board or a recruiter. Simply a technology-driven, talent match-maker connecting companies and top-talent directly.

Absolutely. Email Us with your name, company, contact details, and job description if available. We will set you up with an OpHaus account and you will see matched candidates immediately. It costs $0 to post an opportunity and review matches.

How much does OpHaus cost?

$0 to post an opportunity and connect with matched talent. If you chose to work with an OpHaus pro, our fee is 10% over a winning bid. We never set the price for a project. Candidates you select bid for your opportunity. Should a project become full-time, there is $0 cost to convert.

What can OpHaus offer that is different from a job board or a recruiting agency?

Besides up to 75% savings from a traditional staffing agency, we offer a different approach. We want your team to stay put. Yes!
